The details an order needs: your name, delivery address, email address and what you bought. Payment card numbers never reach us — the payment processor handles those end to end.
To pick, pack and deliver your order, to answer you when you get in touch, and to send marketing email only if you asked for it at checkout.
Order records are kept for six years because tax rules require it, then deleted. A marketing email address is dropped the moment you unsubscribe.
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, have it corrected, or have it deleted where the law does not require us to keep it. Email hello@grit-demo.test and we reply within one working day.

An order is an offer to buy. The contract starts when we email to say it has shipped, and anything we cannot fulfil before then is refunded in full.
Prices include tax and exclude delivery, unless the order is over $75. If a price is ever shown wrongly, we tell you before dispatch and you choose whether to go ahead.
Nothing here affects your statutory rights. The 60-day returns window sits on top of them, not instead of them.
